Telephone service and voice chat is provided to registered customers who purchase these services. For these special services, support time is provided with different options and pricing :

  • 9 to 6 - Monday to Friday
  • 24/7 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

With both options, we provide the following modes of support :

  • Non dedicated - customer's request goes to service group
  • Dedicated - customers can request a specific service specialist
