  eXpedition Moderator

eXpedition Moderator is a web based application run on eBdesk Corporate Portal environment to monitor jobs/transactions, generate statistics, or report with selected graphical chart such as bar, line, area, and/or pie with each their 3D type.

Moderator
Features

1. Real-Time Monitoring. All transaction can be monitored using this application. There is 2 types of monitoring, (i) Per accessible process definition, and (ii) All accessible process definitions. Transactions were categorized by its state, completed, processing, suspended, cancelled, and summary. Access-Rights setting to each process definition can be set using eXpedition Administrator.
2. Real-Time Statistics Generation. User can generate transaction statistics, represented by selected graphical chart, for (i) single process definition or (ii) all accessible process definitions. The chart display information about completed, processing, suspended, and cancelled transaction for period of time or certain period type: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Access-Rights setting to each process definition can be set using eXpedition Administrator.
3. Real-Time Report Generation. User can define a custom report for selected process definition based on user-defined period of time and chart type. Access-Rights setting to each process definition can be set using eXpedition Administrator.
4. Real-Time Graphical Chart. All graphical chart was generated on the fly by eBdesk Graph Generator using gdchart and gd libraries.
5. Measured Transaction. Every transaction are measured about its delay time, processing time, and completion time per activity and overall until a transaction was completed.
