eBdesk SDK (Software Development Kit) gives more flexibility to build various channels :
1. DB Connector to make connection to databases
2. Graph Builder to develop graphs : bar, pie, line, area, 3D graphs.
3. Report Builder to develop reports : tabular, columnar, and report
    with pictures
4. Custom Channels to develop channels with Javascript, HTML, XML, Microsoft
    Visual Basic, or other tools / languages
5. Clipper to develop clips from any internet sites, the information are downloaded
    to local databases to enable viewing without direct internet connection
6. Help Designer to develop and change context help
7. Search Builder to define search criteria to eBdesk repository and channels
8. API (Application Programming Interfaces) to develop new channels with
    eBdesk libraries

DB Connector

DB Connectors allows developer to create connections to any supported databases. By then, developers can use the connection to create forms, reports, graphs with eBdesk SDK. Supported RDBMS with native connection are Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, MySQL, Postgress, whether other databases are supported via ODBC or middle ware application.
