Many administrative
features have been delegated to each applications,
for example creating new content categories, forum
boards management, news categories, chat room, sharing
information. Delegated administration is important
thing for big corporations with thousands of users,
separated places and organizations, that can be impossible
to handle by centralized administrators. Anyway, there
are several jobs to do at portal level such as account
management, access right, default setting, and manage
overall organizations.
