eBdesk SDK consists of standard features internet clipper, dbconnector, graph builder, report builder, whether advanced features (separated) consist of API (Application Programming Interface, form generator and workflow builder.

DB Connectors

DB Connectors allows developer to create connections to any supported databases. By then, developers can use the connection to create forms, reports, graphs with eBdesk SDK. Supported RDBMS with native connection are Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, MySQL, Postgress, whether other databases are supported via ODBC or middle ware application.

Report Builder

It is a very useful tools to publish channels in portal builder, since most of channels are report type. Developer can create flexible reports with intuitive and easy to use interface. eBdesk Report Builder can use any supported databases provided by DB Connectors.

Graph Builder

Graph is similar with report but it gives users interesting presentation of data in their portal. It gives options to choose any types of graph such as bar, column, line, pie, XY, area, 3D version, etc.

Clipper Engine

Allows developer or user to clip any contents from internet and intranet, and publish as portal channels. Basically, any kind of published information can be clipped such as news, event, weather info, search, or report on intranet, and these will be put on local server. By then, all users will be able to access to local database with slightly faster response, and companies can cut their internet cost since clipping can be scheduled in specific periods.

Form Builder

Form Builder allows developer to create flexible forms with intuitive and easy to use drag and drop facility. It provides many types of forms that can be used as independent portal channel (leave form, address change, confirmation, etc) as well as in workflow application.

Workflow Engine

Workflow is powerful engine to create dynamic business process since a rigid system can be a big challenge for companies in this ever-changing world. Developers can use eBdesk Workflow Engine to create any business processes that usually consist of decision making or approval. Developers can use predefined eBdesk's forms, reports and graphs whenever build a workflow.
