Taxonomy

Users get a comprehensive and complete information about a specific topic on a single page view.

Users can browse knowledge assets by navigating through categories.

   
Map Navigation Images

Users can also browse location-sensitive information by using our bitmap-based-map interface. Regions in a map can contain information and a pointer to other map.

Users view images about a specific topic as a slideshow. Clicking on an image will show full-size image and its description.

   
Free Channels External Database Content

Free channels are free form HTML imported from eBdesk eXpander Corporate Portal. These channels can range from an interactive game to user's Outlook Inbox to company's reports and charts.

This type of information is a result of raw data extraction from any DBMS, presented as an article.

   
Articles Article's Attachment

Users first view a glossary of the newest article about a topic, and then view the full article with a single click.

An article can have images and/or documents attached to it.

   
Documents Events

Users view documents as a list. Each document can be downloaded to user's local computer.

Users see events related to a topic. Events can have image attachment.

   
News Search

News content are fed from eXpander Clipper tools. The Clipper extracts information from internet sites using predefined rules. Schedulers are available to ensure that up-to-date news are always fetched into the system.

Users can search for content matching given keywords. Search result is presented in a same and consistent manner as browsing through categories.
