First Look

Recently Uploaded

Users see categories, differed by personal, groups, organizations, or shared categories.

Users view ten most recently uploaded documents. Every user might sees different list of documents depends on user's access right to documents.

   

Categories & Property

Viewing Documents

Users can set categories' profile. Profiles are used to identify documents/folders when searching for a specific content.

Users view documents in a category.

   

Uploading Documents

Sharing Category

Users can upload new documents or new version of existing documents. Uploaded document can be assigned to user's personal folder, group's folder, or organization's folder.

Users can share his/her categories, and restrict how other people access a shared category. Currently, four sharing modes are available.

   

Document Approval

Documents needing approval

Activating approval option to a category will ensure that all uploaded documents to that category are approved by category's owner before other users have access to them.

Users view documents needing his/her approval.

   

Check-In/Check-Out

Viewing Document Versions

Users checking-out a document by setting its lock property. Releasing lock will check-in the document.

Users have the option to view the most recent version of a document or to view entire document version and track changes between versions.

   

Search

Administrating Accounts

Users search for documents simply by typing keyword.

Administrator manages accounts used by users, groups, or organizations.
